Bill Harrell (901-854-3568 or 901-634-3814) said that the corner lot is for sale for $12 per foot. The corner is the corner of Morell Cove and old Goodman east of Porter Paint building. Bill said that suites in the Porter Paint bldg were priced at approx $16 per foot. I don't know if CAM is on top of that or not. I don't know how big the lot is but can't be much bigger than an acre or 2.

21-apr-09 Bill Harrell called and said bldg and lot are now for sale for combined price of $1.2 million. Floor store in bldg has 1200 sq ft and pays $1400 per month which is $14 per foot triple net (NNN). Bay next to floor store is 1200 sq ft and is empty right now. Porter paint has 4000 sq ft and pays $3665 per month which is $10.99 NNN. Taxes on bldg only (city county and school) are $8230 per year. Insurance premium on bldg only is $1448.
Bldg and corner lot are owned by Cox Construction in Jackson TN.
